EIM è felice di annunciare l’avvio della collaborazione con Alberto Gennarini, socio fondatore di Vitale & Co.. Alberto opererà in qualità di Senior Industry Advisor con l’obiettivo di rafforzare le competenze e la presenza di EIM nei settori Food, Retail e più in generale nel mondo Consumer Goods.
Alberto Gennarini, socio fondatore di VITALE E CO con oltre 35 anni di esperienza nel settore dell’Investment banking, ha un track record unico in Italia nell’M&A (oltre 250 operazioni concluse) in particolare nel settore del Food, del Retail e dei Consumer Goods. Ha contribuito alla crescita di alcuni fra i più importanti gruppi italiani operanti in questi settori, oltre ad aver assistito gruppi multinazionali e fondi di Private Equity nei loro rispettivi progetti di acquisizioni e/o cessioni.
È inoltre membro del CdA di diverse aziende operanti nel settore dei Consumer Goods e membro dell’Advisory Board del fondo Idea Taste of Italy.
È frequentemente invitato come Lecturer/Visiting Professor presso corsi Undergraduate o MBA alla Università Bocconi.
Prima di fondare VITALE, è stato Vice Direttore Generale di Euromobiliare Corporate Finance.

EIM is proud to announce the start of the cooperation with Alberto Gennarini, Founding Partner of Vitale & Co., as Senior Industry Advisor. Alberto will work with EIM to enhance the Firm’s know-how and presence in the Food, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors.
Alberto Gennarini, is a founding partner of VITALE E CO with more than 35 years’ experience in the investment banking industry. He has a unique M&A track-record in Italy (more than 250 deals closed) especially in food & beverage, retail and consumer goods industry, having supported the growth of the main Italian groups of the mentioned industries as well as having assisted international groups and private equity funds in their projects of acquisions and/or disposals.
He’s also a member of the BoD of several large companies operating in the consumer goods industry and a member of the Advisory Board of IDEA Taste of Italy fund.
He’s frequently invited as Lecturer/Visiting Professor for Undergraduate or MBA programs at Bocconi University.
Before founding Vitale, he was Deputy General Manager of Euromobiliare Corporate Finance.
