Don’t let your strategic thinking be interrupted by the covid

EIM’s first Webinar event of 2021 – “Reshaping your Business for Accelerated Growth” – first of its kind cross border discussion to unlock value for today’s leaders along with Hunt Partners – the leading Leadership advisory firm covering the Europe-India-Asia corridor with whom EIM has been partnering for several years.

We spoke with Eugenio Cecchin, former EIM Interim CRO/CEO and currently managing Director of BMI Italy, Renato Vaghi, interim EIM CEO of Dema, Dhanpal Jhaveri, Vice Chairman, Everstone Group & CEO, EverSource Capital and Prabal Banerjee, Group Finance Director of Bajaj Group.

Our Community learned that  Interim Managers are people who are driven and whose purpose is to deliver Structural Change. An Interim Manager is an Operational Manager, at the same time detailed and pragmatic who get their hands dirty. A key for Success is Alignment of Vision. Alignment of vision has to do with Value Creation and with the type of structural change to be delivered and it requires Stakeholder Management.
