EIM in the United States

Vikas is the Managing Director for EIM US and UK. He joined EIM in 2025 as a Partner in the London office. He is a successful strategy, transformation, and M&A executive with over 30 years of international experience across the technology, technology-enabled services, business services, and professional services sectors.

Vikas has extensive experience working with both listed and private equity-owned businesses in leadership and advisory capacities. Before joining EIM, he spent 15 years as a strategy consultant with McKinsey and Bain, including several years as a partner. He has also held senior leadership roles at Serco and WNS. Vikas holds an Economics degree and an MBA from the University of Delhi.

Caroline is a Principal at EIM. Before joining EIM, she spent four years at GLG, partnering with global private equity clients to support due diligence across a range of investment mandates. Most recently, she led a transatlantic research team and managed commercial relationships for GLG’s strategic private equity account book. Caroline was an MPhil candidate at the University of Oxford and holds a Master’s degree from the University of St Andrews, as well as an undergraduate degree from Boston University.

Since joining EIM in 2021, Adam has become a key leader within the UK Talent Management team. He has over 30 years’ experience in research roles spanning leading executive search firms, and is highly experienced in both executive search and broader talent management disciplines. He graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Sociology and Business Management.
