EIM announces the appointment of its new Executive Committee

The company extends its sincere thanks to Michele Bruno and Thomas Schneider for their outstanding leadership and contributions to both the Executive Committee and the Company Board, helping shape EIM’s success to date.

The new Executive Committee brings together long-standing EIM partners: Thierry Tomasov, who has served on both the Executive Committee and the Company Board for several years, as well as Gabriele Galeani and Peter Fuchs. All three will also join the EIM Board, ensuring strong leadership at both strategic and operational levels.

Thierry Tomasov takes on the role of Company Board Chairman, leading the company’s strategic direction, while Peter Fuchs assumes operational leadership of the group as Managing Partner. Gabriele Galeani will lead key strategic initiatives and support the company’s growth across markets.

Looking ahead, the Executive Committee will focus on scaling the business, enhancing delivery across markets and driving sustainable, disciplined growth.
