Our Team – United Kingdom

Vikas is the Managing Director for EIM UK and US. A successful strategy, transformation, and M&A executive with over 30 years of international experience in the technology, technology enabled services, business and professional services sectors, Vikas joined EIM in 2025 as a Partner in the London office. He has extensive experience working with both listed and Private Equity owned businesses, in leadership and advisory capacities. Prior to joining EIM, Vikas spent 15 years as a strategy consultant with McKinsey and Bain (including several as a partner). He has also spent several years in leadership roles at Serco and WNS. He has an Economics degree and an MBA from the University of Delhi.

Christian joined EIM UK in January 2026 as a Principal. He is responsible for account management and business development. He has several years of experience with leading expert network firms, GLG and Third Bridge, advising private equity firms and PE-backed companies across Europe and North America. Christian holds a degree in International Management and German from the University of Bath.

Caroline is a Principal at EIM. Before joining EIM, she spent four years at GLG partnering with global private equity clients to support their due diligence across various investment mandates. Most recently, she led a transatlantic research team and commercial relationships for GLG’s strategic private equity account book. Caroline was an MPhil candidate at the University of Oxford, holds a master’s degree from the University of St Andrews, and an undergraduate degree from Boston University.

Adam joined EIM in 2021 and is a leader in the Talent Management team at EIM UK. He has 30-years of experience in Research at leading senior Executive Search firms. Adam holds a degree in Sociology and Business Management from the University of Bath.

Hu Ching joined EIM in 2026 and is a leader in the Talent Management team at EIM UK. She was previously a Senior Associate at Nurole, a board specialist firm, and started her search career at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory firm. Hu Ching holds an LLB from Queen Mary University of London and an MSc from King’s College London.

Aastha Tiwari is the Marketing and Communications Manager at EIM UK. Prior to joining EIM, Aastha worked in digital marketing across the non-profit sector in London. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Media Industries from King’s College London and a degree in English Literature from St Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. She has a keen interest in the digital media landscape and its impact on society, culture, and behaviour.

Laura Ng is the EIM UK Office Manager, bringing over 10 years of HR experience with leading international financial institutions, including Banque Pictet & Cie, LGT Bank Hong Kong, and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Laura has also worked extensively across Hong Kong and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Prior to HR/ office management, Laura spent 10 years in aviation and hospitality. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Birmingham.
