A Partner in the London Office, Kevin joined EIM in 2000, with a broad business background, including senior financial and general management experience, mainly in the financial and travel sectors with American Express and private equity investment and portfolio management with Investcorp. He is a Chartered Accountant, having started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co in London and Switzerland. He has a Degree in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.

A successful strategy, transformation and M&A executive with over 30 years of international experience in the technology and technology enabled services, business and professional services sectors, Vikas joined EIM in 2025 as a Partner in the London office. He has extensive experience working with both listed and Private Equity owned businesses, in leadership as well as advisory capacities. Prior to joining EIM, Vikas spent 15 years as a strategy consultant with McKinsey and Bain, then 10 years in leadership roles at Serco and WNS. He has an Economics degree as well as an MBA from the University of Delhi.

A Client Service Partner in the London office, Adam joined EIM in 2021 as Head of Research and Talent Management, building on a prior 30-year career in Research at leading senior Executive Search firms focused primarily on industrial and engineering sectors.
Adam holds a degree in Sociology and Business Management from the University of Bath.

In charge of Research and Talent Management for the London office, Simon joined EIM in 2024, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in research and delivery at the senior end of the UK Search world across a variety of sectors and client types ranging from large corporates to PE backed SMEs. Simon holds a degree in Geography from Newcastle University.

Alexandra first joined EIM in 2008 and then re-joined again in 2016 after several years in between at Rio Tinto. She is Head of Administration for the London office and looks after both interim managers and clients, working closely with the leadership team. Alexandra has experience across a broad range of sectors including publishing, television, politics and financial services. She has a degree in History from Goldsmith’s London University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
