Our Team

Vikas is the Managing Director for EIM UK and US. A successful strategy, transformation, and M&A executive with over 30 years of international experience in the technology, technology enabled services, business and professional services sectors, Vikas joined EIM in 2025 as a Partner in the London office. He has extensive experience working with both listed and Private Equity owned businesses, in leadership and advisory capacities. Prior to joining EIM, Vikas spent 15 years as a strategy consultant with McKinsey and Bain (including several as a partner). He has also spent several years in leadership roles at Serco and WNS. He has an Economics degree and an MBA from the University of Delhi.

Adam joined EIM in 2021 and is the Head of Research and Talent Management for EIM UK. He has 30-years of experience in Research at leading senior Executive Search firms. Adam holds a degree in Sociology and Business Management from the University of Bath.

Christian joined EIM UK in January 2026 as a Principal. He is responsible for account management and business development. He has several years of experience with leading expert network firms, GLG and Third Bridge, advising private equity firms and PE-backed companies across Europe and North America. Christian holds a degree in International Management and German from the University of Bath.

Alexandra first joined EIM in 2008 and then re-joined again in 2016 after several years in between at Rio Tinto. She is Head of Administration for the London office and looks after both interim managers and clients, working closely with the leadership team. Alexandra has experience across a broad range of sectors including publishing, television, politics and financial services. She has a degree in History from Goldsmith’s London University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.

Kevin is an advisor to EIM UK. Previously he was the managing partner of the London Office. Kevin worked with EIM from 2000-2025.
