    EIM is an international partnership backed by the PE Fund idiCo (formerly Omnes). The fund acquired a minority stake in the group in October 2022 with the aim of strengthening its European leadership and accelerating its global expansion.
    
    Following idiCo’s entry, EIM further consolidated its position through the acquisitions of Management Angels, Gronova, and Colibee, enhancing its presence in key markets and expanding its offerings in Management Consulting and Information Technology. Notably, Gronova has been fully integrated into EIM, contributing to greater synergy and operational capacity.
    
    For over 35 years, EIM has demonstrated the effectiveness of its approach, based on close collaboration between Clients, Interim Managers, and EIM Partners, in addressing and solving the most complex business challenges.
