Our client is a global automotive manufacturing company with ~1.000 employees in the Czech Republic and Germany.

  • take over full responsibility for 3 manufacturing plants (2 in CZ, one in Germany)
  • lead the plants through today’s difficult automotive environment
    work closely with HQ and CEO in the design and implementation of the strategy
  • consolidate the manufacturing footprint (relocate from Western Europe to the Czech Republic)
  • coordinate the teams on site (HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain)
  • Lead several CI projects, improving the operational performance of the plants
  • Negotiate with Key OEMs – pricing, escalation, de-escalation, logistics, etc
  • at least 15 years of experience as COO, Plant Manager with several sites
  • international experience from (global) Groups
  • experience in the automotive sector is a must
  • English sufficient, Czech/ Slovak/ Polish an advantage

Our client is an international company being active in FMCG Manufacturing Sector (sweets etc). For the manufacturing plant in Poland, we are looking for a permanent HR Manager.

– take over full responsibility for HR Agenda in a 150FTE manufacturing plant
– coordinate a small team in the HR (3FTE)
– support the implementation of Group HR Software
– coordinate strategic projects with the Group HR in Germany
– ensure all HR-related areas are covered (hiring, onboarding, training, retention, succession planning)

Our client is an international player in the area of minerals, based with existing operations in Gdansk (approx 100 FTE) and a recent acquisition of another company in Poland with approx 100 FTE.

– as interim CFO lead the post-acquisition integration of the finance, HR, and transactional purchasing teams
– lead the implementation of SAP. Currently, the company operates in standalone SAP
– Harmonize the accounting principles, and monthly closing procedures according to Group IFRS
– manage, train, or replace existing team members (cca 15 in back-office)
– achieve the planned economies of scale

– 10 years of experience as CFO, Regional CFO
– the ability to work in a regional, global matrix organizations
– experience in post-acquisition integration, change management
– very hands-on due to the size of the company (~200 FTE)
– experience with SAP (or ERP) implementation

– take over full P&L responsibility for a plant with 1.000+ employees
– closely coordinate the operations with other Group plants and entities
– ensure efficient planning and use of resources
– manage HR, Finance, Manufacturing, SupplyChain and all related activities
– decide on the strategy of the plant, and investment
– continue in the lean projects

– experience as Plant Manager/ COO leading ~1.000 employees
– ability to work in an international environment, matrix organization
– solid understanding of “high-tech” manufacturing environment, with precise laser machines etc
– availability February, latest March

– Closely cooperate with other Group companies across Europe
– Significantly improve the performance and efficiency of the company in all areas
– Introduce Lean, rework KPIs, change the motivation system
– Drive several projects in the area of performance improvement”

– 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment as Plant Manager, Operations Director, COO,
– medical or automotive background,
– high-volume mass production experience nice to have
– a profound understanding of the lean methodology and a track record in efficiency improvements, change management
– working in a private equity portfolio company is a plus
– English, Polish fluent is a must
