EIM EXPANDS IN SERBIA, MONTENEGRO, MACEDONIA, BOSNIA AND HERCEGOVINA

Press Release – Zug, July 15th, 2021 – Following a fruitful period of cooperation with Virtus I.M.P, a Adriatic region pioneer in interim management, with main office in Belgrade, EIM announces that a cooperation agreement has been reached allowing all further business in selected Adriatic territories to be developed under the EIM brand. 

Thanks to this agreement EIM is now able to serve its clients from the Belgrade (Serbia) office, a welcome addition to the already established [25] international offices across 4 continents. By increasing its footprint in the Adriatic region, EIM moves closer to where many of its clients are already looking for management solutions and senior Interim Executives.

Virtus I.M.P has been operating successfully for over 10 years under the leadership of Predrag Tripkovic. During this time it carried out several interim management assignments. In 2020, Nikola Djordjevic has joined Predrag as an equal partner. Nikola and Predrag both worked for large multinational companies, including consultancy, in many parts of the world besides their Adriatic region: USA, China, Southern Europe, Russia, etc. They held executive roles which included: Commercial Director, CHRO, CFO, CEO among the most important. 

Following the agreement reached with the board of EIM, Nikola and Predrag will represent EIM in the Adriatic region operating initial with a hybrid model, where partners will carry out some interim management assignments directly while in parallel building the pool of interim managers as well as promoting the concept of executive interim management on the local market.
