Tra guerre commerciali, tensioni ai confini d\u2019Europa, volatilit\u00e0 energetica e rivoluzione tecnologica dell\u2019AI, le imprese non affrontano un\u2019eccezione temporanea, ma una <em>permacrisi<\/em> che riscrive le regole del gioco, nella quale <strong>la gestione dell\u2019incertezza aziendale<\/strong> \u00e8 diventata una fondamentale competenza strategica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Da questa consapevolezza \u00e8 nato il Workshop EIM \u201cReagire all\u2019incertezza\u201d, costruito attorno a una domanda inevitabile: <strong>come si pu\u00f2 non solo sopravvivere, ma consolidarsi e crescere mentre tutto intorno cambia di continuo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La sfida non \u00e8 resistere, ma costruire stabilit\u00e0 su un terreno mobile: modelli agili, decisioni rapide, capacit\u00e0 di trasformare gli shock in opportunit\u00e0. Quando gli schemi saltano, le aziende sono chiamate a ripensare prodotti, mercati e modelli di business, dotandosi di strumenti per accettare l\u2019imprevedibilit\u00e0 e trasformare gli shock in crescita e valore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Survey EIM lo conferma: il 60% delle aziende ha rivisto il piano strategico negli ultimi 12 mesi, mentre un 23% non ha introdotto alcuna modifica, segnale di un immobilismo che rischia di essere pagato a caro prezzo in termini di competitivit\u00e0 e posizionamento strategico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Centrale \u00e8 il ruolo della business intelligence per selezionare i dati rilevanti<\/strong>, leggere correttamente i mercati, rafforzare il <em>risk assessment<\/em> e prepararsi a reagire rapidamente alle crisi.\u00a0 Una priorit\u00e0 riconosciuta dalle imprese: il 62% dichiara di utilizzare i dati nelle decisioni, anche se solo il 21% dispone di un processo di integrazione realmente strutturato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In questo contesto, finanza e <em>private equity<\/em> assumono una posizione di rilievo, poich\u00e9 una parte significativa delle transazioni globali coinvolge interlocutori finanziari. La finanziarizzazione tende per\u00f2 a imporre cicli brevi, non sempre compatibili con i tempi industriali: manca una vera logica di permanent capital. Diventa quindi decisiva l\u2019analisi strategica su portafoglio prodotti, mercati e posizionamento. L\u2019innovazione nasce dalla <em>front line<\/em>, da chi intercetta i segnali deboli prima che diventino evidenti. La Survey ha mostrato che molte realt\u00e0 stanno provando a muoversi in questa direzione: il 70% ritiene di avere una struttura sufficientemente flessibile per modelli di business pi\u00f9 dinamici.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valore interno inesplorato + lettura intelligente dei competitor &#8211; <\/strong>Capire cosa si ha \u201cin casa\u201d \u2013 prodotto, <em>value proposition<\/em>, posizionamento competitivo \u2013 \u00e8 il primo passo per individuare spazi poco presidiati. Parallelamente, occorre un approccio \u201ca ecosistema\u201d: clienti, fornitori, partner e stakeholder come sensori estesi del mercato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Processi decisionali pi\u00f9 rapidi &#8211; <\/strong>Meglio muoversi e correggere la rotta che attendere la soluzione perfetta. Escluderlo \u00e8 un errore, ma lo \u00e8 altrettanto non chiarire ruoli e obiettivi.
