Sono stati introdotti dashboard KPI strutturati, l\u2019adozione del CRM e strumenti digitali per migliorare la visibilit\u00e0, allineare gli incentivi alla marginalit\u00e0 e professionalizzare la governance.<\/p>\n<p>Il customer journey \u00e8 stato ridefinito, con un focus sulla redditivit\u00e0 dei clienti, aumentando la presenza sul territorio e valorizzando i consumabili come driver di ricavi ricorrenti. Sono stati progettati nuovi meccanismi incentivanti e programmi di formazione per sviluppare competenze negoziali, rafforzare la responsabilit\u00e0 di agenti e area manager e sostituire progressivamente le risorse non performanti.<\/p>\n<p>La coordinazione tra Vendite, Marketing, Product Management e Supply Chain \u00e8 stata migliorata attraverso meeting cross-funzionali, nuove definizioni di ruolo e iniziative di trade marketing. Sono state redistribuite le aree geografiche e le responsabilit\u00e0, introdotto il coaching individuale da parte degli area manager e chiarito il ruolo dei product manager.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, i canali di vendita sono stati bilanciati tra clienti B2B indipendenti e grandi clienti B2B, adattando il modello go-to-market per sostenere crescita e competitivit\u00e0. L\u2019azienda \u00e8 stata posizionata per il successo a lungo termine grazie all\u2019integrazione di strumenti digitali, una governance pi\u00f9 solida e una cultura commerciale orientata alla
