Le novit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 rilevanti includono:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>L\u2019obbligo di rendicontazione ESG solo per aziende con pi\u00f9 di 1000 dipendenti;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019esonero dall\u2019obbligo per l\u201980% delle imprese italiane;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019eliminazione degli standard settoriali in favore di un approccio pi\u00f9 uniforme;<\/li>\n<li>Una proroga di due anni per adeguare i sistemi di reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cUna boccata d\u2019ossigeno, almeno per il momento\u201d, lo definisce Luca Tamberi, CEO di FIMO Group, pur sottolineando che l\u2019adozione delle politiche ESG resta una priorit\u00e0 strategica. Maria Francesca Bergamaschi, Compliance &amp; Sustainability Director di Brandart, ha evidenziato come \u201cl\u2019accountability ESG sia ormai leva strategica per la gestione del rischio e il posizionamento aziendale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Anche in aziende strutturate come Lavazza, i KPI ESG sono oggi determinanti per accedere a finanziamenti indicizzati. Veronica Rossi, Sustainability Senior Manager, racconta: \u201cLe prime richieste ESG da parte dei clienti sono iniziate anni fa, oggi sono settimanali: questionari, audit, piattaforme. Senza questi adempimenti si rischia il delisting. I KPI su emissioni e packaging riciclabile sono solo alcuni degli indicatori richiesti e presentano il vantaggio di favorire una collaborazione cross-funzionale molto costruttiva. Al netto del Decreto Omnibus, il rispetto della CSRD porta ad avere una struttura pi\u00f9 pronta per il futuro.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A completare la visione di Lavazza, Sergio Cravero, Chief Marketing Officer, ha sottolineato l\u2019evoluzione dal punto di vista del mercato: \u201cOggi il consumatore \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 sensibile alla sostenibilit\u00e0, lo sono in particolare i giovani.
