E in un mercato statico a bassa crescita come quello odontoiatrico ci\u00f2 significa che ogni quota di mercato conquistata \u00e8 stata tolta a un concorrente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da sempre siamo in prima linea per migliorare la customer satisfaction segmentando e personalizzando l\u2019offerta grazie a un <strong>sistema di CRM sviluppato ad hoc internamente<\/strong>. Un percorso iniziato pi\u00f9 di dieci anni fa che ora \u00e8 parte integrante di tutta la nostra attivit\u00e0 commerciale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Crescere per noi ha soprattutto voluto dire rompere gli schemi<\/strong>. Negli ultimi cinque anni abbiamo trasformato il nostro business model da vendita attraverso distributori in vendita diretta ai nostri clienti finali, gli studi odontoiatrici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rompere gli schemi ha comportato l\u2019<strong>accettazione del conflitto<\/strong>, sia <strong>con i nostri vecchi partners<\/strong> che internamente <strong>con i collaboratori<\/strong> che difendevano un sistema di relazioni tradizionale, costruito in anni ma ormai non pi\u00f9 compatibile con la nuova strategia. Cambiamenti difficili in certi casi perch\u00e9 hanno comportato l\u2019allontanamento di collaboratori che non accettavano il nuovo corso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Inserire nuove competenze<\/strong> ha per\u00f2 dato una sferzata all\u2019azienda mettendo in luce aree di sviluppo mai esplorate prima facendo cadere paradigmi stantii e non pi\u00f9 attuali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Col senno di poi tutti i timori e le paure che inevitabilmente una trasformazione porta con s\u00e9 si sono trasformate in opportunit\u00e0 e nuovi entusiasmi. Dando valore all\u2019azienda e migliorandone la posizione competitiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ora la nostra azienda \u00e8 strategicamente pi\u00f9 forte di cinque anni fa. Pi\u00f9 capace di cogliere opportunit\u00e0 di mercato. Pi\u00f9 flessibile. Pi\u00f9 libera di valutare nuovi mercati. Pi\u00f9 libera di sviluppare una strategia internazionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sintetizzando, direi che <strong>il cambiamento porta con s\u00e9 altro cambiamento e l\u2019unica cosa che vale la pena imparare \u00e8 imparare a cambiare<\/strong>.
