Per molte aziende italiane, l\u2019Europa rappresenta un\u2019estensione naturale del mercato domestico. Ma \u00e8 solo spingendosi oltre, nei contesti extraeuropei pi\u00f9 complessi e competitivi, che si pu\u00f2 parlare di vera internazionalizzazione.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"341\" data-end=\"580\" class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Come si affronta dunque una crescita globale che sia sostenibile e strategica? Per complesso intendo alcuni difetti specifici al contesto culturale ed economico italiano dell\u2019epoca. In primis, <strong>l\u2019ingerenza costante delle istituzioni pubbliche e dei sindacati<\/strong>, quasi sempre antagonisti dell\u2019azienda e completamente avulsi dalle logiche di mercato e della libera concorrenza. In secondo luogo, <strong>una visione obsoleta del mondo e una scarsa visione internazionale da parte del management<\/strong> (spesso accompagnata da competenze linguistiche carenti) e la glorificazione del falso mito del \u201cMade in Italy\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per proseguire nel discorso, \u00e8 forse necessario definire meglio il concetto di internazionalit\u00e0, partendo da cosa non \u00e8; a mio modo di vedere, per un\u2019azienda italiana, non pu\u00f2 essere il mercato europeo, che \u00e8 da considerarsi a tutti gli effetti il mercato domestico tout court. <strong>Ritengo quindi che un\u2019azienda debba generare in Europa almeno quattro volte il fatturato italiano, semplicemente per essere un player nel mercato domestico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ne consegue che l\u2019internazionalizzazione vera, e molto pi\u00f9 difficile da realizzare, \u00e8 quella extraeuropea. Questa visione \u00e8 dettata dal fatto che <strong>i mercati extraeuropei non possono essere presidiati da semplici attivit\u00e0 commerciali, ma necessitano di infrastrutture in loco per svilupparsi<\/strong>. Parliamo di unit\u00e0 produttive, se non addirittura di sviluppo prodotto, di Hub logistici, di sistemi ERP in lingua locale, nonch\u00e9 di management principalmente locale per coprire a 360 gradi tutte le operations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quest\u2019ultimo punto \u00e8 di gran lunga il pi\u00f9 difficile da implementare correttamente per mille motivi. Mi limiter\u00f2 a citarne uno: la scarsa attrattivit\u00e0 delle aziende italiane per il management locale se paragonate alle alternative americane, giapponesi, tedesche, francesi. Fortunatamente <strong>le aziende private sono spesso delle vere e proprie eccellenze nei loro settori<\/strong> e, con il tempo, riescono a rendersi credibili quanto la concorrenza estera.
