custom_margin_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;0px||||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Per molti imprenditori la tentazione \u00e8 quella di <strong>conservare il controllo dell\u2019azienda,<\/strong> nell\u2019illusione che basti sostituire il vecchio direttore industriale con uno nuovo, magari giovane, brillante, fresco di studi universitari e postuniversitari, ma gi\u00e0 con un invidiabile pregresso di esperienze in realt\u00e0 affermate e moderne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Questo tipo di manager di carriera pu\u00f2 anche essere preparato e scrupoloso, ma<strong> difficilmente in precedenza<\/strong> <strong>si \u00e8 macchiato il curriculum<\/strong>\u00a0accettando di guidare una vecchia azienda imprenditoriale per trasformarla in una nuova company pronta a presentarsi sul mercato globale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Si possono facilmente immaginare le difficolt\u00e0 che potr\u00e0 trovare sul suo cammino un manager che fa il suo ingresso in quella che pensa essere un\u2019azienda moderna, che viaggia a un certo regime, prendere quindi il comando di un meccanismo che ritiene rodato e ben oliato &#8211; soprattutto gi\u00e0 dotato di un modello manageriale e professionalizzato &#8211; e che si ritrova poco dopo a dover cominciare da zero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Probabilmente questa figura non sar\u00e0 in grado di gestire la transizione <strong>perch\u00e9 manca dell\u2019esperienza e del know-how<\/strong> necessari per avviare con competenza ed esperienza il motore del cambiamento.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; custom_margin_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La tattica vincente per gestire il passaggio generazionale e il processo di modernizzazione di un\u2019azienda imprenditoriale \u00e8 quella di utilizzare una <strong>soluzione di Interim Management<\/strong> e affidare l\u2019incarico ad un professionista esterno che nel bagaglio delle proprie esperienze annovera gi\u00e0 l\u2019aver affrontato sfide di questo tipo, tanto meglio se anche in contesti di maggiori dimensioni, pi\u00f9 complessi e magari globali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Quando la transizione viene gestita dallo stesso imprenditore o dai suoi consulenti abituali, oppure se l\u2019imprenditore affida l\u2019incarico a una figura con scarsa capacit\u00e0 decisionale autonoma, <strong>\u00e8 estremamente improbabile che il cambiamento sia veramente in atto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019Interim Manager, oltre a possedere le competenze necessarie alla gestione di questo tipo di situazioni, \u00e8 in grado prendere con tempestivit\u00e0 le decisioni necessarie ed \u00e8 del tutto indipendente da rapporti personali che rischiano di condizionarne l\u2019operato. <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">\u00c8 il leader che <strong>costruisce il bridge tra passato e futuro<\/strong>, un modello manageriale vero e proprio.
