modalit\u00e0 comune e, purtroppo ancora spesso applicata, quella di informare tardivamente il Consiglio di Amministrazione sulle novit\u00e0 rilevanti, oppure riunirlo di quando in quando solo per ratificare decisioni gi\u00e0 prese. Si tratta di una prassi che non aiuta a cogliere tutte le potenzialit\u00e0<\/span> che<b> il Board <\/b><strong>\u00e8 in grado di\u00a0<\/strong><b>esprimere<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Non solo bisogna dotarsi di un Board forte e pienamente legittimato nelle sue funzioni, ma \u00e8 necessario che la sua composizione sia tale da saper far fronte tanto all&#8217;ordinario quanto allo straordinario e sia il frutto dell&#8217;applicazione di logiche precise. Cio&#8217; consentir\u00e0 di <strong>accrescere la competitivit\u00e0 e il valore dell&#8217;azienda nel tempo<\/strong>, migliorando la produttivit\u00e0 da ogni punto di vista e guardando a un domani che sia altro e diverso dall&#8217;oggi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quali sono quindi i criteri per scegliere le persone giuste?<\/span><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
