Oggi, per\u00f2<\/span><b>, tutto questo non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 possibile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: le crisi cicliche sono molto pi\u00f9 repentine, la pressione sui margini impone efficienze superiori che si possono generare solo attraverso una <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">crescita dimensionale<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le aziende diventano pi\u00f9 grandi e devono imparare a misurarsi con molti pi\u00f9 competitor e <\/span><b>in un contesto globale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. L\u2019azienda imprenditoriale non deve snaturare la propria identit\u00e0, ma cominciare a <\/span><b>strutturarsi e ad aprirsi al nuovo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La transizione non si realizza con un semplice passaggio di testimone alla seconda o terza generazione della famiglia.
