custom_margin_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In un mercato aperto e competitivo come quello che le aziende si trovano ad affrontare in questi anni, <strong>l\u2019obiettivo della crescita aziendale<\/strong> non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 un \u201cupgrade\u201d facoltativo, un passo in avanti che si pu\u00f2 scegliere di fare o non fare, continuando a praticare una normale politica di consolidamento delle proprie posizioni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c8, molto pi\u00f9 semplicemente, <strong>la condizione minima per sopravvivere<\/strong> e per non essere divorati dalla concorrenza. Ogni azienda deve confrontarsi con concorrenti flessibili o pi\u00f9 specializzati e in grado di rosicchiare agli altri un mercato di nicchia alla volta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Allo stesso tempo, per\u00f2, non esistono n\u00e9 un settore in crescita n\u00e9 tantomeno nicchie in cui ci si possa concentrare sul fare bene quello che si sa fare, soddisfare i clienti gi\u00e0 acquisiti e stabili e vivere tranquilli in mercati con moderati tassi di crescita costante che riconoscano dei <strong>margini di profitto soddisfacenti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bisogna crescere, e crescere velocemente, puntando ai mercati in cui le <strong>probabilit\u00e0 di successo<\/strong> sono maggiori. Spesso nelle aziende non c\u2019\u00e8 una sufficiente capacit\u00e0 di <strong>stimare i ritorni sugli investimenti<\/strong> che si ipotizzano e non si riesce a priori a capire quali iniziative escludere e su quali puntare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019approccio di EIM alla <strong>Top Line Growth<\/strong> \u00e8 quello di strutturare una serie di analisi \u201cparlanti\u201d, la cui interpretazione sia molto intuitiva, e orientate all\u2019azione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Un processo che nel caso della scelta dei nuovi mercati a cui puntare si basa su <strong>domande molto semplici<\/strong>: il mercato potenziale viene definito nel modo corretto o l\u2019azienda si autolimita a priori? Ma spesso \u00e8 un boomerang: in un mercato grande ma territorialmente distante e non abbastanza battuto negli anni precedenti, <strong>un\u2019azienda deve misurarsi con concorrenti molto pi\u00f9 attrezzati<\/strong>, sia come dimensione sia come base installata e quindi per numero di referenze importanti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Non solo: pu\u00f2 essere penalizzata da costi logistici sfavorevoli, se i concorrenti sono dotati di insediamenti produttivi pi\u00f9 vicini al mercato. Crescere in questo contesto rischia di <strong>trasformarsi in un percorso lungo<\/strong>, oneroso e irto di ogni genere di difficolt\u00e0.
