Necessit\u00e0 di crescita accelerata, attivit\u00e0 di acquisizione ed integrazione, riorganizzazioni per l\u2019efficienza operativa, cambiamenti strategici, variazioni di perimetro e di azionariato.<\/p>\n

Situazioni eccezionali ma frequenti, in una parola: Turnaround.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Si tratta di fasi di riorganizzazione profonda dell\u2019azienda<\/strong> che richiedono cautela e consapevolezza, portando spesso con s\u00e9 anche un riassetto del management.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In EIM siamo da sempre \u201cesperti di Turnaround\u201d, termine che per noi ha un\u2019accezione positiva<\/strong> e virtuosa che mira alla crescita dell\u2019azienda<\/strong>. Possediamo una nostra metodologia, diventata garanzia di successo e di gestione efficace, formalizzata oltre 10 anni fa nel manuale dedicato alla leadership del cambiamento che avevamo intitolato \u201cI primi cento giorni\u201d.<\/p>\n

Seguendo la consueta formula orientata alla condivisione delle reciproche esperienze<\/strong>, nei giorni scorsi EIM ha radunato attorno ad un tavolo alcuni membri della sua Community<\/strong> \u2013 Imprenditori, Manager, Consulenti Indipendenti e fondi di Private Equity \u2013 che, nel corso del workshop \u201cIl Turnaround come premessa per la crescita<\/em><\/strong>\u201c, si sono interrogati sull\u2019attualit\u00e0 delle regole sancite oltre un decennio fa.<\/p>\n

Il workshop \u00e8 stato una nuova occasione di incontro e scambio di opinioni tra manager che hanno raccontato come sono stati capaci di far tornare a crescere le aziende da loro gestite trasformando le operations<\/strong> e l\u2019approccio al mercato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 emerso quanto sia importante nella prima fase del cambiamento stabilire subito i necessari punti di appoggio, intesi come quei Manager e quelle risorse pronti ad abbracciare immediatamente il progetto e su cui poter fare affidamento. \u00c8 allo stesso modo importante avviare gi\u00e0 in questa fase le prime azioni operative per acquisire la necessaria velocit\u00e0 e creare entusiasmo attraverso l\u2019evidenza dei primi risultati.<\/p>\n

Inoltre, un elemento che accomuna tutte le situazioni, in un progetto di gestione del cambiamento, \u00e8 senza dubbio la comunicazione<\/strong>. Questa \u00e8 importantissima e deve essere fatta sia all\u2019interno<\/strong> sia all\u2019esterno<\/strong>\u2026ma quando si pu\u00f2 fare.<\/p>\n

Ci sono fasi molto delicate durante le quali non \u00e8 possibile comunicare all\u2019esterno. Il tempismo \u00e8 importante per non veicolare una nota stonata.<\/p>\n

Ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 certo, per\u00f2, \u00e8 che non comunicare in fase di turnaround<\/strong>
significa rinunciare al turnaround.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c8 fondamentale gestire le alte aspettative<\/strong> generate nella fase iniziale riallineando le attese degli stakeholder e le tempistiche e dando la giusta priorit\u00e0 alle misure correttive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Per questo \u00e8 opportuno che in azienda sia presente una figura con grande expertise<\/strong> in grado di guidare l\u2019azienda verso la crescita, strutturando in maniera organizzata ogni fase.<\/p>\n

Servono figure che sappiano creare un giusto equilibro<\/strong> tra il tempo che viene dedicato alla gestione straordinaria dell\u2019azienda e alle operazioni di mantenimento strutturale del business.<\/p>\n

Ci vuole una specie di \u201cvocazione\u201d e la corretta seniority per essere il profilo ideale<\/strong> di \u201cuomo del turnaround<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n
