Le parole di Mario Andretti, storico pilota di Formula 1, suonano come <strong>un monito per le aziende<\/strong> <strong>italiane,<\/strong> spesso ancorate a modalit\u00e0 operative che si ripetono nel tempo e affezionate a un eterno <em>\u201cnoi abbiamo fatto sempre cos\u00ec\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Purtroppo (o per fortuna) viviamo ormai in un contesto nel quale <strong>i cambiamenti repentini sono la norma<\/strong> e gli sviluppi pianificabili sono l\u2019eccezione. E negli attuali sistemi aziendali complessi, dal punto di vista organizzativo, di mercato, di geografie, di processi produttivi <strong>\u00e8 quasi impossibile che si possa avere davvero tutto sotto controllo<\/strong>. Quale management pu\u00f2 risultare pi\u00f9 <strong>coerente e attrezzato<\/strong> per gestire la continua e rapida <strong>trasformazione aziendale<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Per svolgere al meglio il suo compito di <strong>gestione del cambiamento in azienda<\/strong>, un manager ad interim deve esercitare il <strong>pensiero critico<\/strong> e la <strong>capacit\u00e0 di giudizio<\/strong>, deve possedere l\u2019<strong>etica<\/strong>, l\u2019attitudine sempre crescente alla <strong>gestione<\/strong> di tutti gli stakeholder, lo sguardo rivolto al <strong>business system<\/strong> e alla filiera di cui si \u00e8 parte, non solo al perimetro strettamente aziendale, l\u2019attenzione alla <strong>sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong> e alla <strong>responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong> sociale d\u2019impresa. Un modello che diventa il prototipo di riferimento da osservare e da copiare. Il percorso della leadership in questo modello \u00e8 lineare e <strong>segue una serie di tappe obbligate<\/strong>: studio del contesto, identificazione dei problemi da affrontare, analisi e definizione delle soluzioni, comunicazione dell\u2019iter da seguire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tutto corretto, ma in una societ\u00e0 pi\u00f9 lineare che <strong>non esiste pi\u00f9<\/strong>. Oggi il leader dev\u2019essere <em>\u201cprimus inter pares\u201d<\/em>, deve saper governare un team <strong>in continuo movimento<\/strong> e condividere le decisioni con una platea pi\u00f9 collettiva e diffusa, distribuita tra <strong>diversi attori dell\u2019organizzazione<\/strong>, anche ai livelli di base e di management intermedio, assicurandosi che l\u2019organizzazione non vada fuori strada e<strong> ponendo obiettivi ambiziosi<\/strong>. Oggi esercitare la leadership vuol dire <strong>mettere in moto un processo organico di co-creazione<\/strong> e di allacciamento di nessi relazionali, spesso temporanei, che seguono traiettorie intrecciate. Nei gruppi di lavoro in cui le relazioni seguono linee gerarchiche <strong>la performance \u00e8 costantemente inferiore<\/strong> a quella dei gruppi per i quali le relazioni sono multidirezionali e molto pi\u00f9 caotiche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I team in cui tutti comunicano con tutti, <strong>ci si scambiano informazioni con maggior frequenza<\/strong> e ci si rapporta naturalmente e spesso con entit\u00e0 esterne al gruppo stesso hanno evidenziato <strong>performance molto superiori<\/strong> a quelli organizzati in maniera pi\u00f9 tradizionale, scientifica e deterministica.
