Crescere significa coinvolgere l\u2019intera struttura societaria in processi condivisi, puntare con decisione a mercati internazionali e non solo domestici, investire sull\u2019innovazione, accettare i rischi e i possibili errori nel percorso, costruire un efficiente processo di corporate governance, valutare se e quando affidarsi a fondi di Private Equity, scegliere con attenzione<strong> i manager pi\u00f9 attrezzati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c8 necessario, insomma, imparare a crescere. Per capire come fare e ascoltare alcune importanti testimonianze, EIM Italia, insieme all\u2019<strong>Unione Industriali di Torino e al Centro Einaudi<\/strong>, ha organizzato un workshop che ha messo a confronto imprenditori e manager che hanno saputo guidare con successo la propria azienda anche in un\u2019epoca segnata da un\u2019incertezza crescente, conseguendo risultati apprezzabili sui versanti dell\u2019efficienza e della crescita. Molti pensano che sia esclusivamente un problema di natura commerciale, ma \u00e8 al contrario una priorit\u00e0 che coinvolge tutta l\u2019azienda e il suo ecosistema. <strong>La crescita dev\u2019essere globale.<\/strong> Perseguire la crescita significa operare scelte coraggiose, promuovere un cambiamento culturale, <strong>uscire dalla propria comfort zone<\/strong>. Spesso \u00e8 necessario anche adeguare la governance e dotarsi di persone che possano aprire delle porte e aiutare l\u2019imprenditore nelle scelte strategiche<span>\u00bb<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Secondo <b>Giorgio Marsiaj<\/b>, Ceo di Sabelt e presidente dell\u2019Unione Industriali di Torino, <span>\u00ab<\/span>la crescita \u00e8 innanzitutto un problema della propriet\u00e0, che deve avere una visione e decidere dove vuole andare, per poi affidarsi a chi sappia <strong>sviluppare un progetto di medio-lungo periodo<\/strong>. D\u2019altra parte la propriet\u00e0 si eredita, la managerialit\u00e0 no. Ma l\u2019approccio all\u2019innovazione pu\u00f2 essere diverso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Filippo Sertorio<\/b> \u00e8 presidente di Farmaceutici Procemsa, azienda specializzata nella produzione conto terzi di integratori alimentari. <span>\u00ab<\/span>Qualche anno fa &#8211; ha raccontato &#8211; subivamo la concorrenza dei paesi dell\u2019est perch\u00e9 noi eravamo pi\u00f9 cari di loro. La nostra strategia di risposta \u00e8 stata <strong>investire in ricerca e sviluppo, brevetti e propriet\u00e0 intellettuali<\/strong>. Poi abbiamo cercato un partner che ci aiutasse ad accelerare, nel 2019 abbiamo ceduto la maggioranza a un fondo e quindi abbiamo acquisito alcune aziende. Il marketing ha una visione di processo, studia i prodotti, ne disegna la strategia di lancio. Bisogna <strong>fare cultura<\/strong> <strong>di osmosi delle esperienze<\/strong>, serve metodo ma non tecnicismo. A volte ci sono risorse con una visione ampia che aiutano ad accelerare sui mercati pi\u00f9 degli esperti della materia. Le competenze soft fanno la differenza<span>\u00bb<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sulla stessa linea <b>Annalisa Stupenengo<\/b>, Chief Operations Officer di Iveco Group, che qualche anno fa ha dovuto gestire la crisi del \u201cDieselgate\u201d. <strong>La soluzione della crisi \u00e8 legata proprio alle soft skills:<\/strong> <span>\u00ab<\/span>Il marketing ha aiutato a capire cosa eravamo e cosa avremmo dovuto fare. Ci siamo messi con calma a studiare i trend del mercato. Abbiamo deciso di essere<strong> pionieri dal punto di vista tecnologico<\/strong> disegnando un percorso verso l\u2019idrogeno o l\u2019elettrico puro, con degli step intermedi. \u00c8 dal coinvolgimento delle diverse aree che nasce la possibilit\u00e0 di risolvere i problemi. La contaminazione serve tantissimo, specie in un momento di grande incertezza.
