Fanno riferimento per lo pi\u00f9 alle trasformazioni della societ\u00e0 dopo la sospirata uscita dall\u2019incubo Covid, ma di fatto \u00e8 gi\u00e0 da molti anni che le aziende operano in <strong>un contesto mutevole e imprevedibile<\/strong>, che non costituisce pi\u00f9 un\u2019eccezione, ma \u00e8 appunto la nuova normalit\u00e0. La pandemia ha solo accelerato un processo che viene da lontano: gi\u00e0 a partire dagli shock petroliferi degli anni \u201970, infatti, era chiaro che la filosofia del \u201cfare come si \u00e8 sempre fatto\u201d non potesse pi\u00f9 essere garanzia di successo. Cos\u00ec era stato loro insegnato, d\u2019altra parte. La logica del ciclo di vita aziendale ha portato il management a immaginare che il cambiamento fosse una grande fatica, un\u2019incombenza da sopportare ogni 10 o 20 anni. <strong>I modelli di business di successo<\/strong>, per\u00f2, <strong>durano sempre meno<\/strong>. Basta guardare l\u2019esempio delle aziende produttrici di telefoni cellulari: chi oggi si trova a gestire aziende, probabilmente in giovent\u00f9 ha avuto in casa un apparecchio che ha attraversato le stagioni dalla sua prima infanzia fino all\u2019adolescenza. Poi, nel giro di pochi anni, ha visto arrivare e scomparire uno dopo l\u2019altro tanti device e dietro a questi intere aziende e canali distributivi. Qualche esempio? Psion, Palm Pilot, Blackberry\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c8 un aneddoto banale, ma fa capire bene<strong> la portata epocale del cambiamento<\/strong> che \u00e8 stato vissuto negli ultimi decenni da chi ha 25-30 anni di esperienza e si trova oggi a guidare un\u2019azienda. Vale la pena di ricordare che alla fine degli anni \u201990, quattro delle prime cinque aziende pi\u00f9 grandi al mondo erano giapponesi. Nel 2019 tre delle prime cinque erano cinesi, mentre alla fine degli anni \u201990 non ce n\u2019era nemmeno una nelle prime venti.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Title&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Far succedere il cambiamento oggi significa saper afferrare le opportunit\u00e0 del momento e saper prefigurare i possibili sviluppi.<\/strong> La pandemia globale ha solo forzato cambiamenti pi\u00f9 repentini e pervasivi rispetto a quanto mai si fosse visto prima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Da tutto ci\u00f2 emerge che le aziende e i modelli di business stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 fluidi e il management deve imparare non solo a promuovere e gestire il cambiamento nell\u2019accezione storica del termine, ma attrezzarsi per sopravvivere e <strong>prosperare in un mondo fluido<\/strong>, in perenne cambiamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">Per soddisfare i clienti i cui gusti e le cui abitudini cambieranno in maniera sempre pi\u00f9 rapida, cos\u00ec come i canali attraverso i quali verranno raggiunti, sar\u00e0 necessario governare cambiamenti anche tecnologici continui, che permetteranno a chi lo sapr\u00e0 fare di interagire con il proprio ecosistema di business in maniera sempre nuova, in funzione del contesto contingente.
