La complessit\u00e0 dei progetti in corso, l\u2019assenza di una governance strutturata e la difficolt\u00e0 nel monitorare KPI critici impedivano al board di avere una visione chiara delle priorit\u00e0.<br \/>\nEIM ha messo a disposizione un manager con esperienza nella guida di programmi complessi e di trasformazione industriale. Dopo un rapido assessment, \u00e8 stata introdotta una governance rigorosa dei progetti, stabiliti processi decisionali trasparenti, rafforzato il dialogo tra funzioni e migliorati i meccanismi di reporting al board. Parallelamente \u00e8 stato accompagnato il management nella gestione di aree critiche come operations, supply chain e cost management.<br \/>\nIl board ha potuto contare su una guida sicura nella fase pi\u00f9 delicata, riducendo i rischi, recuperando performance e ottenendo maggiore visibilit\u00e0 sulla creazione di valore nel medio periodo.<\/li>\n<li>Un fondo d\u2019investimento aveva rilevato una societ\u00e0 tecnologica con un forte potenziale, ma i primi mesi post-acquisizione avevano evidenziato rischi inattesi: progetti critici in ritardo, informazioni non allineate tra le funzioni, capacit\u00e0 limitata di pianificare gli investimenti e carenze nella gestione della supply chain. Il board necessitava di una guida operativa immediata per preservare valore e ripristinare la credibilit\u00e0 verso clienti e stakeholder.<br \/>\nEIM ha nominato un Chief Transformation Officer ad interim incaricato di stabilizzare l\u2019azienda e guidare un programma di trasformazione a livello corporate.
