Laureato in Medicina e Chirurgia presso l\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Parma. Esperienza di oltre 35 anni nell\u2019industria bio-farmaceutica. Inizia la sua carriera in Farmitalia Carlo Erba, passa al Gruppo Menarini dove diviene Direttore della Divisione Farmaceutica Italia per poi diventare Direttore Generale di Lusofarmaco nel 1995. Ha fondato nel 2000 la filiale italiana di Shire Pharmaceutical. \u00c8 stato poi Vice President Commercial Retail Market in GlaxoSmithKline e successivamente Vice President & General Manager per l\u2019Italia di Genzyme. Dopo l\u2019acquisizione da parte di Sanofi, aggiunge il ruolo di Business Strategy & Development Director. Infine \u00e8 stato CEO di MolMed dal 2016 al 2020. Dal 2010 \u00e8 nel Consiglio di Presidenza di Assobiotec Federchimica e dal 2016 \u00e8 stato eletto Presidente, ruolo confermato fino al 2022.<\/p>\n

Ha ricoperto ruoli di vertice a livello internazionale, tra cui Presidente e CEO di Marposs Giappone e Managing Director Asia Pacific, guidando lo sviluppo nei mercati asiatici. Rientrato in Italia, \u00e8 stato Presidente e CEO di MG SpA e di Marposs Italia, con responsabilit\u00e0 su un ampio perimetro geografico. Amministratore Delegato di CSMT \u2013 Innovative Contamination Hub e Presidente di AQM Srl, Riccardo Trichilo vanta una carriera prestigiosa nel settore industriale, avendo ricoperto posizioni apicali presso Fabbrica d\u2019Armi Beretta, dove ha guidato la Divisione Armi, e Piaggio, in qualit\u00e0 di Vice President Operations. Laureato in Ingegneria Elettronica presso l\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Pisa, \u00e8 un punto di riferimento per l\u2019innovazione sostenibile e la trasformazione digitale nel settore manifatturiero.
