modalit\u00e0 operativa che in consulenza \u00e8 <strong>la base del disegno strategico su cui fondare la crescita di un\u2019azienda<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; per alcuni medi e piccoli imprenditori italiani sembra essere \u201caccessorio\u201d; osservando il loro modo di agire sembrerebbe che l\u2019importante sia \u201cgalleggiare in acque tranquille\u201d continuando a seguire i percorsi gi\u00e0 noti. Il risultato \u00e8 spesso un susseguirsi di <strong>fallimenti progettuali<\/strong> e non \u00e8 raro che la colpa di tali fallimenti, alla fine, venga fatta ricadere sul tentativo stesso con la convinzione che l\u2019errore fosse l\u2019idea e perci\u00f2 il progetto, sbagliato in partenza, non andasse neanche considerato.<\/p>\n<p>Lo<strong> spreco di risorse \u00e8 indubbio<\/strong>, i risultati conseguiti nulli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La crescita va guidata, il cambiamento va governato.<\/strong><br \/>Ma per cambiare i modelli di azione\/reazione radicati all\u2019interno dell\u2019azienda \u00e8 auspicabile ridefinire i ruoli, cosa <strong>ovviamente non priva di rischi<\/strong>, ed essere capaci di affidarsi a una guida esperta: servono le persone giuste.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; La nostra esperienza dimostra che non \u00e8 cos\u00ec. \u00c8 al contrario un terreno sul quale le diverse anime dell\u2019organizzazione imprenditoriale si incontrano, dalla scelta della modalit\u00e0 con cui si propone e si promuove la propria offerta al livello di servizio raggiunto e alla soddisfazione del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019apertura del mercato a nuovi concorrenti globali ha esposto le nostre aziende a sfide che le hanno viste spesso impreparate. Oggi le aziende si trovano compresse da un lato da concorrenti molto pi\u00f9 grandi e strutturati, con pi\u00f9 reputazione, risorse e gamma di prodotti, e dall\u2019altro da concorrenti low cost. Uno scenario ideale per dare a tutto il vertice aziendale la scusa perfetta per non crescere.<\/p>\n<p>Ma oggi in una battaglia di tutti contro tutti, tipica dei mercati aperti e competitivi, le aziende sono condannate a crescere per sopravvivere. L\u2019aumento del fatturato, l\u2019incremento della quota di mercato, lo sviluppo di nuove marginalit\u00e0 non sono opzioni riservate a chi abbia chiss\u00e0 quali ambizioni: sono la condizione essenziale per muoversi in un contesto competitivo nel quale chi non cresce, o non lo fa abbastanza e rapidamente, rischia di sparire. <strong>O si cresce o si muore.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abbandonare schemi sicuri e gi\u00e0 collaudati \u00e8 ovviamente un rischio.
