L\u2019azienda imprenditoriale non deve snaturare la propria identit\u00e0, ma cominciare a strutturarsi e ad <b>aprirsi al nuovo<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Come gestire il passaggio generazionale in azienda? La transizione non si realizza con un semplice passaggio di testimone alla seconda o terza generazione della famiglia. E poi <b>definire i tempi<\/b> della transizione, di solito non inferiori ai tre anni, al termine della quale l\u2019imprenditore-fondatore esce definitivamente di scena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante questo periodo si scompone e si ricompone l\u2019azienda un segmento alla volta in modo da<b> renderla gestibile <\/b>da figure professionali formate secondo criteri manageriali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019obiettivo finale?
