Non tutti i manager hanno le giuste caratteristiche<\/strong> per entrare nella Community di EIM. I manager che aspirano a farne parte vengono valutati<\/strong> non in base a un colloquio o a un esame, ma dopo aver dato prova di s\u00e9 alle prese con casi reali<\/strong>.
