Agiscono fin da subito mettendo in atto azioni rapide e concrete<\/strong>, che riescono a pianificare in breve tempo grazie alle indispensabili competenze tecniche settoriali<\/strong> e alle spiccate doti di leadership<\/strong> maturate durante la propria pluriennale carriera manageriale.<\/p>\n

Un interim manager \u00e8 una risorsa che si inserisce a pieno titolo nell\u2019organico dell\u2019azienda, e rimane per il tempo necessario<\/strong> al conseguimento degli obiettivi concordati con il cliente. La metodologia di EIM prevede

1. Analisi della situazione<\/span><\/h2>\n

L\u2019interim manager inizia immediatamente a raccogliere dati sulla situazione attuale, per definire le azioni di miglioramento adeguate. Avendo gi\u00e0 affrontato circostanze simili con successo e riuscendo ad adottare un punto di vista oggettivo e imparziale<\/strong>, \u00e8 pronto a presentare un piano d\u2019azione in tempi rapidi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alle volte risulta necessario coinvolgere team multi-specialisti di consulenti e manager con competenze specifiche, relative sia al settore sia all\u2019ambito di intervento, come ad esempio: controllo di gestione, sales & marketing, operations\/supply chain management, internazionalizzazione, organizzazione, sistemi informativi avanzati.<\/p>\n
