Un m\u00e9tier qui consiste \u00e0 prendre des missions temporaires \u00e0 la t\u00eate des entreprises pour les &#8220;retourner&#8221;, selon le terme consacr\u00e9, ou simplement \u00e0 mener des fonctions extr\u00eames, fermeture d&#8217;usine, acquisition, mise au carr\u00e9 d&#8217;une filiale&#8230; Des situations o\u00f9 les cent premiers jours sont primordiaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience accumul\u00e9e par l&#8217;auteur lui aurait permis de juxtaposer une somme de t\u00e9moignages. Comme Marquette, ce PDG consid\u00e8re que le plus important est de &#8220;<strong>communiquer sans cesse<\/strong>&#8220;. A condition de le faire avec <strong>franchise et habilet\u00e9<\/strong>.<br \/> P-H M.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Le Catalyseur<\/strong><br \/> Sollicit\u00e9 pour une mission de transition, il a repositionn\u00e9 le fabricant de cuisines alsacien. Et lui a fait prendre conscience de son potentiel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Il est arriv\u00e9 pour un an, au printemps 2010, pour une mission de <strong>management de transition<\/strong>. Cinq ans apr\u00e8s, <strong>Jean-Thierry Catrice<\/strong>, directeuyr g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de la Salm (Cuisines Schmidt et Cuisinella), ne compte toujours pas partir. Avec Anne Leitzgen, pr\u00e9sidente depuis 2006 du groupe alsacien de fabrication de cuisines sur mesure et sp\u00e9cialiste du marketing, il forme un duo de choc : en 2014, sur un march\u00e9 difficile, l&#8217;entreprise a affich\u00e9 4% de croissance, \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 400 millions d&#8217;euros. Confiante en l&#8217;avenir, elle a investi, toujours l&#8217;an dernier, 40 millions d&#8217;euros en recherche et d\u00e9veloppement et en production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;<em>L&#8217;entreprise familiale a toujours bien march\u00e9<\/em>, raconte le manager de 59 ans. <em>Quand je suis arriv\u00e9, elle avait surtout un probl\u00e8me de positionnement sur le march\u00e9 et souhaitait se d\u00e9ployer<\/em>&#8220;. Anne Leitzgen venait de lancer le projet Op\u00e9ra, ou <strong>comment amener une grosse PME \u00e0 devenir un groupe international<\/strong>. La Salm, cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1959 par le grand-p\u00e8re d&#8217;Anne et Caroline Leitsgen, \u00e9galement codirectrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, avait grossi sans changer d&#8217;organisation. Il lui fallait se transformer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Repreneur patent\u00e9 et <strong>sp\u00e9cialiste du retournement<\/strong> &#8211; il a rachet\u00e9 huit entrepriuses \u00e0 la barre du tribunal avant de devenir <strong>manager de transition \u00e0 EIM<\/strong> &#8211; Catrice a, comme \u00e0 chacune de ses prises de fonctions, d&#8217;abord observ\u00e9 et rencontr\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s. &#8220;<em>Il faut savoir prendre beaucoup de temps pour comprendre ceux qui font tourner la bo\u00eete<\/em>, assure-t-il.<em> Et ce ne sont pas toujours les chefs<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A la Salm, les <strong>trois facteurs-cl\u00e9s du succ\u00e8s<\/strong> sont le <strong>r\u00e9seau de concessionnaires<\/strong> et sa capacit\u00e9 commerciale, <strong>le digital<\/strong> &#8211; les donn\u00e9es qui remontent des magasins pour la construction des cuisines sont consid\u00e9rables &#8211; et <strong>la production<\/strong>, sur mesure, qui peut \u00eatre \u00e9tendue \u00e0 d&#8217;autres pi\u00e8ces de la maison. &#8220;<em>Il faut faire prendre conscience aux gens que c&#8217;est \u00e7a qui est important et nous rendra p\u00e9renne. Que l&#8217;entreprise a des p\u00e9pites et que c&#8217;est \u00e0 partir d&#8217;elles qu&#8217;on peut construire<\/em>&#8220;, poursuit le manager. Cinq ans apr\u00e8s, <strong>Jean-Thierry Catrice<\/strong>, directeuyr g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de la Salm (Cuisines Schmidt et Cuisinella), ne compte toujours pas partir. Avec Anne Leitzgen, pr\u00e9sidente depuis 2006 du groupe alsacien de fabrication de cuisines sur mesure et sp\u00e9cialiste du marketing, il forme un duo de choc : en 2014, sur un march\u00e9 difficile, l'entreprise a affich\u00e9 4% de croissance, \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 400 millions  d'euros. Confiante en l'avenir, elle a investi, toujours l'an dernier, 40 millions d'euros en recherche et d\u00e9veloppement et en production.\n\n\"<em>L'entreprise familiale a toujours bien march\u00e9<\/em>, raconte le manager de 59 ans. <em>Quand je suis arriv\u00e9, elle avait surtout un probl\u00e8me de positionnement sur le march\u00e9 et souhaitait se d\u00e9ployer<\/em>\". Anne Leitzgen venait de lancer le projet Op\u00e9ra, ou <strong>comment amener une grosse PME \u00e0 devenir un groupe international<\/strong>. La Salm, cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1959 par le grand-p\u00e8re d'Anne et Caroline Leitsgen, \u00e9galement codirectrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, avait grossi sans changer d'organisation. Il lui fallait se transformer.\n\nRepreneur patent\u00e9 et <strong>sp\u00e9cialiste du retournement<\/strong> - il a rachet\u00e9 huit entrepriuses \u00e0 la barre du tribunal avant de devenir <strong>manager de transition \u00e0 EIM<\/strong> - Catrice a, comme \u00e0 chacune de ses prises de fonctions, d'abord observ\u00e9 et rencontr\u00e9 les salari\u00e9s. \"<em>Il faut savoir prendre beaucoup de temps pour comprendre ceux qui font tourner la bo\u00eete<\/em>, assure-t-il.<em> Et ce ne sont pas toujours les chefs<\/em>.\"\n\nA la Salm, les <strong>trois facteurs-cl\u00e9s du succ\u00e8s<\/strong> sont le <strong>r\u00e9seau de concessionnaires<\/strong> et sa capacit\u00e9 commerciale, <strong>le digital<\/strong> - les donn\u00e9es qui remontent des magasins pour la construction des cuisines sont consid\u00e9rables - et <strong>la production<\/strong>, sur mesure, qui peut \u00eatre \u00e9tendue \u00e0 d'autres pi\u00e8ces de la maison. \"<em>Il faut faire prendre conscience aux gens que c'est \u00e7a qui est important et nous rendra p\u00e9renne. Que l'entreprise a des p\u00e9pites et que c'est \u00e0 partir d'elles qu'on peut construire<\/em>\", poursuit le manager.
