Dans ce cadre, nous avons recours en moyenne \u00e0 4\/5 missions de transition par an au niveau du groupe et EIM reste notre principal partenaire.<br \/> Il y a dix ans, les missions suppl\u00e9aient \u00e0 un manque de r\u00e9serves pour certains postes. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous faisons surtout appel \u00e0 des Managers de Transition pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des situations exceptionnelles pour lesquelles nous avons besoin de personnes surqualifi\u00e9es pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La gestion efficace des Ressources Humaines est au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie de Faurecia car, dans un contexte de croissance et d\u2019internationalisation, nous croyons fermement que la qualit\u00e9 de nos \u00e9quipes fait la diff\u00e9rence. Dans ce cadre le recrutement externe sur les postes juniors. Nous recrutons des talents qui seront \u00e0 m\u00eame de se d\u00e9velopper au sein de notre groupe et qui se sentiront \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec notre culture bas\u00e9e sur des valeurs manag\u00e9riales (esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie, responsabilit\u00e9) et individuelles (\u00e9nergie, respect, exemplarit\u00e9).
