A la suite d\u2019un changement d\u2019actionnaires, elle a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une revue compl\u00e8te de son organisation et de son portefeuille de services et de clients par un grand cabinet de conseil en Strat\u00e9gie.<br \/> A la suite de cette \u00e9tude, le management a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9organiser profond\u00e9ment l\u2019organisation de l\u2019entreprise en abandonnant l\u2019organisation par fonctions (marketing, sales, production) pour mettre en place 4 business units correspondant aux diff\u00e9rentes lignes de produits, chaque BU \u00e9tant dot\u00e9e de ses ressources marketing, ventes et production.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La transition entre les deux types d\u2019organisation doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au 1er janvier 2014 et les nouveaux managers en charge des BU\u2019s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s en octobre 2013. Pour ces managers, issus de la fili\u00e8re production, le changement est tr\u00e8s important puisqu\u2019ils vont devoir manager les \u00e9quipes marketing et ventes de leur BU sans exp\u00e9rience, ni m\u00e9thodes et outils. En outre, il faut d\u00e9cliner sans tarder les objectifs commerciaux du budget 2014 par BU et revoir les syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable des \u00e9quipes commerciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Or, le manager qui dirigeait le Marketing et les Ventes a quitt\u00e9 l\u2019entreprise dans le cadre de cette r\u00e9organisation et l\u2019entreprise ne dispose de personne en interne pour mettre en place cette nouvelle organisation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale et la DRH, conscientes de l\u2019urgence de la situation, contactent EIM pour une \u00e9ventuelle <a style=\"font-weight: bold\" href=\"http:\/\/fr.eim.com\/management-de-transition\/\">mission de management de transition<\/a>. N\u2019ayant jamais eu recours \u00e0 ce type de ressource manag\u00e9riale, elles sont cependant circonspectes et envisagent alternativement l\u2019intervention d\u2019un consultant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">EIM rel\u00e8ve le d\u00e9fi et, \u00e0 partir de son vivier de managers de transition, identifie en quelques jours deux candidats imm\u00e9diatement disponibles, ayant une tr\u00e8s grande expertise du management d\u2019entreprises du m\u00eame type (conseil, SSII, \u00e9diteurs logiciels\u2026) et une forte dominante \u00ab marketing et business d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 retient une candidate qui d\u00e9marre la mission imm\u00e9diatement avec l\u2019objectif ambitieux de r\u00e9aliser ce changement d\u2019organisation en moins de 3 mois.
