La date de basculement est fix\u00e9e au mois de janvier 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">A 6 mois de la date butoir, le Groupe prend conscience de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de trouver \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur un manager exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 pour conduire le projet dans sa phase op\u00e9rationnelle de mise en place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">En effet, tout reste \u00e0 faire: faire accepter par le terrain la nouvelle organisation, identifier et traiter les points de blocage \u00e9ventuels, formaliser le \u00ab contrat de services \u00bb entre le futur CSP et chaque site fixant les r\u00e8gles d\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019informations, les calendriers \u00e0 respecter, les r\u00f4les de chacun au sein de la nouvelle organisation, s\u2019assurer des interfaces comptables, interagir avec le prestataire externe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">EIM est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter tr\u00e8s rapidement plusieurs manageurs de transition, ayant en commun d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 DRH de site et DRH \u00ab si\u00e8ge \u00bb et d\u2019avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place des projets de centralisation de la paie. Le DRH du Groupe s\u00e9lectionne l\u2019un de ces manageurs pour d\u00e9marrer imm\u00e9diatement la mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Le DRH de transition s\u2019int\u00e8gre rapidement dans le Groupe et acquiert en quelques semaines l\u2019autonomie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 sa mission.
