Les exemples d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/business.lesechos.fr\/entrepreneurs\/franchise\/efra-00054532-accorhotels-fleuron-francais-de-l-hotellerie-mondiale-322859.php\" style=\"color: #666666\">Accor<\/a>\u00a0et d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/industrie-services\/tourisme-transport\/air-france-klm-continue-de-bruler-du-cash-en-attendant-lete-1312926\" style=\"color: #666666\">Air France<\/a>\u00a0sont \u00e9loquents en la mati\u00e8re, avec un d\u00e9ficit net de pr\u00e8s de 2 milliards pour le premier, confront\u00e9 \u00e0 la fermeture des h\u00f4tels, et un effondrement de 59 % du chiffre d&#8217;affaires pour le second avec la perte de ses clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, le pilotage strat\u00e9gique et l&#8217;explicitation de sa vision par le dirigeant doivent \u00eatre revus autour d&#8217;un projet suscitant l&#8217;engagement et l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion des collaborateurs. Les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de talents sont particuli\u00e8rement soucieuses de leur \u00e9panouissement au travail et attentives aux r\u00e9sultats des actions de leur entreprise, de plus en plus fid\u00e8les \u00e0 l&#8217;authenticit\u00e9 de ses engagements ESG (environnementaux, sociaux et de bonne gouvernance). Elles font ainsi preuve d&#8217;une vraie vigilance et d&#8217;une propension \u00e0 la sanction quant aux mesures de surface et au greenwashing.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"intertitre\">Param\u00e8tres extra-financiers<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666\">A ce titre, l&#8217;adaptation du plan strat\u00e9gique se doit de faire la part belle \u00e0 la performance, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 la prise en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/industrie-services\/energie-environnement\/rse-comment-bruxelles-veut-fixer-les-standards-extra-financiers-des-entreprises-1308794\" style=\"color: #666666\">compte de param\u00e8tres extra-financiers<\/a>\u00a0au premier rang desquels la qu\u00eate de sens des \u00e9quipes. Cette derni\u00e8re conditionne non seulement l&#8217;attractivit\u00e9 de l&#8217;entreprise en tant qu&#8217;employeur, mais \u00e9galement la mobilisation des talents et l&#8217;agilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;organisation pour faire face aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements exog\u00e8nes qui impactent sa gestion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666\">Ainsi, 80 % des dirigeants fran\u00e7ais (77 % \u00e0 l&#8217;international)<sup>\u00a0(1)<\/sup>\u00a0d\u00e9clarent qu&#8217;ils ont d\u00fb renforcer la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale de leurs entreprises \u00e0 la suite de la crise du\u00a0<a rel=\"lien_auto\" href=\"https:\/\/business.lesechos.fr\/entrepreneurs\/ressources-humaines\/0604003209080-covid-19-le-cas-contact-d-un-cas-contact-est-il-un-cas-contact-340122.php\" style=\"color: #666666\">Covid-19<\/a>. C&#8217;est le cas, par exemple, de Carrefour, qui a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 sa mutation en faveur de la transition alimentaire et de l&#8217;achat local, ou\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/pme-regions\/pays-de-la-loire\/bonduelle-sauve-la-filiere-saumuroise-du-champignon-1295460\" style=\"color: #666666\">Bonduelle<\/a>\u00a0qui s&#8217;est impliqu\u00e9 dans l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une lab\u00e9lisation \u00ab B Corp \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"intertitre\">Une organisation modulaire<\/h3>\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette double obligation d&#8217;adaptation et d&#8217;\u00e9thique, les comex doivent faire preuve d&#8217;agilit\u00e9, tout en conservant une vraie coh\u00e9rence dans leur vision pour pr\u00e9server leur cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9. Il leur revient ainsi de r\u00e9affirmer les piliers intangibles de leur strat\u00e9gie, tels que la raison d&#8217;\u00eatre, la primaut\u00e9 du client et le d\u00e9veloppement des collaborateurs, qui sont des marqueurs forts pour rassurer les \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;il est encore trop t\u00f4t pour donner avec certitude des solutions \u00e0 cette \u00e9quation qui se dessine pour les \u00e9quipes dirigeantes, les entreprises doivent identifier d\u00e8s maintenant les leviers qui leur permettront de r\u00e9ussir la transition vers une nouvelle forme de pilotage strat\u00e9gique. En premier lieu, la gestion de l&#8217;incertitude doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e comme un fondement de la vision strat\u00e9gique des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette logique, et face \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des cycles, la mise en place de plans pluriannuels dynamiques, incluant des mises \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8res en fonction de la conjoncture, appara\u00eet comme un pr\u00e9requis.
