Le coronavirus (COVID 19) est aujourd\u2019hui une crise qui impacte simultan\u00e9ment un grand nombre de ces dimensions. En outre, nous avons tous \u00e9t\u00e9 frapp\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on inattendue et pour la plupart d\u2019entre nous, sans s\u2019y \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Et nous partageons de fortes inconnues en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9lais, d\u2019impact et de mesures. Beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments ne d\u00e9pendent pas de nous, ni de l\u2019entreprise. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cette situation est typique des \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e0 faible probabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 forte cons\u00e9quence (LPHC). Nous sommes habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 tirer des enseignements de ces crises et \u00e0 capitaliser ces experiences pour mieux les g\u00e9rer, \u00e0 initier et mettre en oeuvre des Plan de Continuit\u00e9  (PCA). C\u2019est le cas des situations ci-dessus. Ce sera sans doute le cas des prochaines \u00e9pid\u00e9mies. <\/span><\/p>\n
