Ceci ne correspond pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 que nous observons depuis plus de 30 ans. Il y a toujours une premi\u00e8re fois, une premi\u00e8re mission. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>On peut ensuite d\u00e9cider d\u2019en faire un m\u00e9tier. Mais il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de revenir ensuite vers des postes classiques. La fronti\u00e8re entre postes classiques et missions de transition n\u2019est pas du tout imperm\u00e9able. Certains dirigeants d\u00e9couvrent l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ce m\u00e9tier apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re mission.
