Tr\u00e8s souvent nos clients privil\u00e9gient l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et la pond\u00e9ration d\u2019un manager exp\u00e9riment\u00e9, disposant du recul n\u00e9cessaire et ayant la capacit\u00e9 de rassurer et d\u2019entrainer les \u00e9quipes.<\/span><\/li>\t&nbsp;\n\t<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>A titre d\u2019exemple, au sein de jeunes pousses en forte croissance et avec une moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 35 voire 30 ans, la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 avec des dirigeants de transition exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s s\u2019av\u00e8re excellente et tr\u00e8s productive.
