La discussion peut durer un certain temps. Aussi, ce n&#8217;est que lorsque les actionnaires, les dirigeants reconnaissent qu&#8217;ils sont en crise, qu&#8217;ils peuvent commencer \u00e0 agir et pr\u00e9parer un plan de crise pour att\u00e9nuer l&#8217;impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Depuis 2020 et la crise Covid, les entreprises sont souvent impact\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment sur un grand nombre de dimensions. Et beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments ne d\u00e9pendent pas de l\u2019entreprise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>En entreprise, le manque de recul et de pratique sur les crises rend la r\u00e9ponse lente et parfois inadapt\u00e9e.
