Aujourd\u2019hui cette communaut\u00e9 compte 8000 talents en France et 30 000 dans le monde. Certains ont fait du management de transition un m\u00e9tier, d\u2019autres restent ouverts \u00e0 une mission temporaire comme \u00e0 un poste permanent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Rappelons qu\u2019un bon manager de transition est tout d\u2019abord un bon manager. Travailler en mode mission implique certaines qualit\u00e9s et certains comportements. Dans le cas contraire, un premier entretien en fac \u00e0 face ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone est syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e9tabli par l\u2019un des Associ\u00e9 EIM, afin d\u2019avoir un premier \u00e9change sur ses motivations, ses principaux domaines d\u2019expertises et sa mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Ces informations et le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re sont ensuite enregistr\u00e9s dans une base de donn\u00e9es qui nous permettra de recontacter la personne \u00e0 bon escient. Il s\u00e9lectionne ensuite dans notre base les personnes ayant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience requise, v\u00e9rifie leur disponibilit\u00e9 et leur int\u00e9r\u00eat pour une mission. Apr\u00e8s un entretien en face \u00e0 face avec quelques candidats, il prend des premi\u00e8res r\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour affiner son jugement, s\u00e9lectionne les personnes, 2 ou 3 maximum pour une mission de transition et transmet un rapport confidentiel \u00e0 son client avant les entretiens. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Ce processus prend une dizaine de jours, parfois beaucoup moins, 48 ou 24 H, dans les cas d\u2019extr\u00eame urgence. Nous ne transmettons jamais un simple CV de candidat sans avoir auparavant \u00e9tabli avec lui un int\u00e9r\u00eat commun pour ce projet. Lui-m\u00eame ayant une double exp\u00e9rience de direction d\u2019entreprise et de conseil, il peut ainsi jouer le r\u00f4le de conseiller, de coach, de \u00ab sparring partner \u00bb aupr\u00e8s de dirigeants d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s par EIM.
