Il<\/span> fait partie de l\u2019entreprise et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit comme un dirigeant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\">Pour mener sa mission, un dirigeant de transition doit certes \u00e9tablir son propre diagnostic. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il r\u00e9dige un rapport d\u2019\u00e9tonnement au bout d\u2019une semaine et une feuille de route \u00e0 80% au bout de deux semaines). Pour cela, il doit aller au-del\u00e0 des explications donn\u00e9es au d\u00e9part de la mission par EIM et par son client. Il doit cerner son \u00e9quipe et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain. Il doit proposer un plan d\u2019action. Mais son r\u00f4le est bien diff\u00e9rent de celui d\u2019un consultant.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le \u00ab\u00a0livrable\u00a0\u00bb essentiel d\u2019un manager n\u2019est pas des pr\u00e9sentations Powerpoint et des recommandations. Il peut \u00eatre simplement amen\u00e9 \u00e0 en pr\u00e9senter, comme tout dirigeant. Mais il est surtout l\u00e0 pour faire, pour d\u00e9cider, dans le cadre de son r\u00f4le et de ses d\u00e9l\u00e9gations. Il est au c\u00f4t\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes, pour les diriger et les motiver. Pour autant, le dirigeant temporaire doit prendre sa mission comme une mission. Loin de chercher \u00e0 se rendre indispensable, il doit chercher \u00e0 rendre l\u2019\u00e9quipe autonome et laisser derri\u00e8re lui une organisation bien en place. S\u2019il laisse apparaitre un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le poste \u00e0 long terme, il perd la neutralit\u00e9 politique et la libert\u00e9 d\u2019action qui contribuent \u00e0 sa l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et \u00e0 son efficacit\u00e9.
