En Carlsberg, utilizamos expatriados durante 12 a 24 meses para aumentar la creatividad y el desarrollo internacional de la organizaci\u00f3n. Entiendo que el Interim Management puede desempe\u00f1ar un papel similar. Alguien podr\u00eda argumentar que el Interim Manager no puede tener la soluci\u00f3n o que no puede tener el mismo nivel de empat\u00eda que un empleado. De una manera similar a los Interim Managers, los responsables de Recursos Humanos tienen que sentirse muy confortables con el cambio y su gesti\u00f3n.
