El proceso de integraci\u00f3n es esencial para garantizar el \u00e9xito de la adquisici\u00f3n. La realidad a la que se enfrenta la empresa es que las culturas de las dos organizaciones son radicalmente diferentes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En las tiendas adquiridas los sindicatos son fuertes y las condiciones de remuneraci\u00f3n estan basadas en la dedicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s que en resultados. El encargo que recibe es doble:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Implementar los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones laborales de forma alineada con la nueva dimensi\u00f3n de la empresa y teniendo en cuenta las necesidades estrat\u00e9gicas futuras, aplicarlas a los m\u00e1s de 3.500 empleados en 240 poblaciones, divididas en cuatro unidades de negocio, cada una con diferentes sistemas y condiciones.<\/li>\n<li>Incrementar la productividad de la fuerza de ventas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el proyecto, el Interim Manager se integra en el departamento de Recursos Humanos, manteniendo reuniones regulares, formales e informales, con el equipo. Trabaja mucho con el Director de Tiendas y con el director de RRHH para desarrollar una estrategia de negociaci\u00f3n con los miembros de los comit\u00e9s de empresa que pertenecen a sindicatos fuertes y con los independientes, abarcando los aspectos de los cambios y adaptaci\u00f3n de las condiciones y t\u00e9rminos de los contratos laborales de toda la plantilla.
