En EIM Espa\u00f1a, por ejemplo, las misiones lideradas por mujeres representaron el 12,7% en 2024, lo que muestra una evoluci\u00f3n positiva, aunque todav\u00eda insuficiente en t\u00e9rminos de paridad. Esta brecha, m\u00e1s marcada en nuestro entorno, refleja tanto la<br \/>juventud relativa del modelo como la necesidad de impulsar una mayor visibilidad y acceso para el talento femenino senior.
