          Ein f\u00fchrender Zulieferer in der Transportindustrie hatte in einer deutschen Fabrik drastische Probleme. Erheblicher Lieferr\u00fcckstand von mehreren Monaten bis zu einem Jahr in allen Unternehmensbereichen, daraus resultierende drohende Vertragsstrafen in siebenstelliger H\u00f6he und die kurzfristige Freisetzung des Leiters Operation f\u00fchrten nicht nur zum Verlust wichtiger Kunden, auch war die Belegschaft durch unklare Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten extrem verunsichert.
