global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, el <strong>relevo generacional<\/strong> y la incorporaci\u00f3n de directivos no familiares afecta a una important\u00edsima parte del tejido empresarial espa\u00f1ol. Adem\u00e1s, un 53% de los encuestados estaban de acuerdo en que el principal atributo o valor que identifique a las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eim.com\/es\/pymes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">empresas familiares<\/a> frente a otro tipo de empresas debe ser la <strong>\u201cvocaci\u00f3n de permanencia en el tiempo y la sucesi\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho de que muchas empresas familiares no lleguen a la segunda generaci\u00f3n, la llamada ruptura en la continuidad, es debido a que el empresario familiar no siempre consigue superar con \u00e9xito los siguientes desaf\u00edos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planificar la sucesi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Vencer la resistencia de los seniors a dejar sus puestos en el momento oportuno.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar directivos no familiares.<\/li>\n<li>Solventar los problemas accionariales, asociados al cambio generacional.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar que el sucesor familiar sea competente.<\/li>\n<li>Tener la capacidad para atraer y retener a directivos seniors no familiares.<\/li>\n<li>Conseguir recursos financieros externos o establecer alianzas con otras empresas sin perder el control efectivo de la empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los fondos de inversi\u00f3n a menudo se ven involucrados en estos procesos<\/strong>, ya que con su asociaci\u00f3n a este tipo de compa\u00f1\u00edas desempe\u00f1an un papel muy importante para asegurar la continuidad con \u00e9xito, por ejemplo: aportan capital en fase de crecimiento disminuyendo la aportaci\u00f3n de la familia y ayudan a transaccionar a un modelo de gesti\u00f3n con ejecutivos ajenos a la familia, manteniendo o no parte de las acciones.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; Por el contrario, el joven Consejero Delegado poseedor del 15% de las acciones, manten\u00eda la intenci\u00f3n de invertir m\u00e1s en la Sociedad.
