\u201cLos Interim Managers son expertos de alto nivel profesional y especializaci\u00f3n contrastada, capaces de asumir con inmediatez responsabilidades en procesos de transformaci\u00f3n con alta complejidad. En una empresa farmac\u00e9utica multinacional, para una de las f\u00e1bricas en China, tuvimos que cubrir una necesidad puntual y urgente para la contrataci\u00f3n del Director General. La empresa, de matriz espa\u00f1ola, no contaba ni con estructura para llevar a cabo la selecci\u00f3n en China ni con mucha experiencia del negocio en ese mercado. A trav\u00e9s del servicio de Interim Management se cubri\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n en un tiempo record con un profesional altamente cualificado con experiencia \u00a0multinacional en el sector y en concreto en China. Al cabo de 6 meses de su incorporaci\u00f3n, la f\u00e1brica obtuvo los resultados esperados\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Su participaci\u00f3n puede ser clave en diversos escenarios: proyectos puntuales que no pueden ser asumidos internamente por falta de conocimiento, recursos o tiempo. Otro escenario puede ser responder a la necesidad de cubrir una posici\u00f3n mientras se selecciona a la persona que asumir\u00e1 finalmente la vacante que se haya generado en la compa\u00f1\u00eda, o bien mientras\u00a0 se est\u00e1 redise\u00f1ando una funci\u00f3n y es necesario\u00a0 no interrumpir el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n

Desde mi experiencia, en todas las ocasiones en las que he contado con el apoyo de un Interim Mananger, se han traducido en rapidez, aportaci\u00f3n de valor y, lo mas importante, resultados\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEl Interim Manager aporta a\u00f1os de experiencia probada en situaciones concretas como: negociaciones complejas, adquisici\u00f3n de nuevas unidades de negocio, cierre de filiales o unidades productivas.<\/span><\/p>\n
