La empresa, de matriz espa\u00f1ola, no contaba ni con estructura para llevar a cabo la selecci\u00f3n en China ni con mucha experiencia del negocio en ese mercado. A trav\u00e9s del servicio de Interim Management se cubri\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n en un tiempo record con un profesional altamente cualificado con experiencia \u00a0multinacional en el sector y en concreto en China.
