En Espa\u00f1a EIM est\u00e1 presente desde hace 20 a\u00f1os<\/strong> y puede considerarse el l\u00edder del mercado en el segmento de Interim Management de alta direcci\u00f3n. En 2019 llevamos a cabo m\u00e1s de 35 proyectos al a\u00f1o desde nuestras oficinas de Madrid y Barcelona, en posiciones de DG, CFO, COO, DRH, etc. para empresas espa\u00f1olas y multinacionales extranjeras.<\/p>\n

Una parte importante de nuestra actividad se presta en participadas de fondos de Capital privado.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a las previsiones para 2020, esperamos continuar con el crecimiento sostenido experimentado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.     A pesar de ser un servicio que se est\u00e1 prestando en Espa\u00f1a desde hace m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, el IM esta aun en \u201cpa\u00f1ales\u201d. Las cifras de negocio de esta actividad son muy bajas y el valor del servicio a\u00fan muy desconocido. Cuando un cliente prueba el servicio, normalmente repite m\u00e1s adelante en otra situaci\u00f3n o entorno. El reto es hacer que m\u00e1s clientes lo prueben por primera vez y difundan su experiencia para que otras empresas prueben el servicio.<\/p>\n

    El Head Hunting tradicional y la consultor\u00eda son grandes servicios (EIM naci\u00f3 hace 30 a\u00f1os con dos accionistas, un Head Hunter muy conocido, Egon Zehnder, y una consultora holandesa, BOER&CROON) pero el Interim Management ofrece un servicio diferente, ejecutivo, r\u00e1pido potente, enfocado a lograr resultados en entornos cambiantes, retadores, internacionales, muchas veces con incertidumbre, donde los servicios citados no son ya los adecuados.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    EIM es fundador del Instituto Empresarial de Interim Management, junto a otras empresas que desarrollan esta especialidad en Espa\u00f1a \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los motivos por los que han creado esta organizaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    El motivo principal es que, como dec\u00eda antes, a\u00fan hay un gran desconocimiento y potencial de desarrollo de este servicio en Espa\u00f1a, para empresas espa\u00f1olas y las multinacionales radicadas aqu\u00ed, en Latam, en Portugal y Norte de \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n

En Carlsberg, utilizamos expatriados durante 12 a 24 meses para aumentar la creatividad y el desarrollo internacional de la organizaci\u00f3n. Entiendo que el Interim Management puede desempe\u00f1ar un papel similar. Alguien podr\u00eda argumentar que el Interim Manager no puede tener la soluci\u00f3n o que no puede tener el mismo nivel de empat\u00eda que un empleado.
