Die MEM-Branche stand wirtschaftlich unter Druck, gleichzeitig ver\u00e4nderten sich die Anforderungen an Verb\u00e4nde stark \u2013 sowohl strategisch als auch organisatorisch. Es bestand der Wunsch, die Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle weiterzuentwickeln, Prozesse zu professionalisieren und die Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit des Verbandes langfristig zu sichern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erich Sannemann (E.S.):<\/strong> Ich habe eine Organisation \u00fcbernommen, die \u00fcber viel Fachwissen und Engagement verf\u00fcgte, gleichzeitig aber stark im Tagesgesch\u00e4ft gebunden war. Viele Prozesse waren historisch gewachsen. Ver\u00e4nderungen m\u00fcssen nachvollziehbar sein und d\u00fcrfen die Organisation nicht \u00fcberfordern.
