      Zu Beginn erfolgte eine rasche Einarbeitung des Interim Managers vor Ort mit Fokus auf Kennzahlen, Organisation und Prozesse.<\/p>\n

      Im Rahmen der Analyse hat der Interim Manager neben den operativen Kennzahlen auch die Potenziale der firmeneigenen Immobilie in die Restrukturierung einbezogen. Dabei wurden zentrale Kriterien wie Gr\u00f6sse, Zuschnitt, Lage, technischer Zustand und Modernisierungsbedarf bewertet und dem zuk\u00fcnftigen Fl\u00e4chenbedarf gegen\u00fcbergestellt.<\/p>\n

          Keine der gepr\u00fcften Alternativen (Neubau oder Sale-and-Rent-back) erf\u00fcllte die wirtschaftlichen Anforderungen. Ausschlaggebend waren insbesondere der erwartete Verkaufserl\u00f6s sowie die hohen Mietkosten und notwendigen Anfangsinvestitionen an einem neuen Standort.<\/p>\n

          Der Interim Manager empfahl daher eine fokussierte Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Standorts mit klar definiertem Umsetzungsplan.           Im weiteren Verlauf des Mandats \u00fcbernahm der Interim Manager zus\u00e4tzlich die operative Leitung des Standorts, nachdem der lokale Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer ausgeschieden war.<\/p>\n

          Ziel war es, das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft sicherzustellen, die Organisation in einer Phase hoher Unsicherheit zu stabilisieren und die Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern \u2013 insbesondere dem Betriebsrat \u2013 zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, bis ein Interessensausgleich erzielt und eine dauerhafte Nachfolge etabliert werden konnte.<\/p>\n

          In kurzer Zeit wurden zahlreiche Gespr\u00e4che mit F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und Mitarbeitenden gef\u00fchrt. Parallel dazu wurde ein strukturierter Austausch mit dem Betriebsrat aufgebaut.<\/p>\n

          Auf dieser Basis entstand ein umfassender Aktions- und Zeitplan (\u201eUnternehmen XX 2030\u201c) mit klarer strategischer Ausrichtung und organisatorischer Weiterentwicklung. In enger Abstimmung mit der Gruppen-Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung wurden wesentliche strukturelle Anpassungen definiert, unter anderem:<\/p>\n
