Ein international t\u00e4tiger Maschinenbauer verzeichnete sinkende Effizienz in der Produktion und Supply Chain sowie eine abnehmende Lieferqualit\u00e4t- und f\u00e4higkeit.     EIM brachte mit dem Konzept “Transformation Project Support (TPS)”<\/strong> ein bew\u00e4hrtes Vorgehensmodell ein, das speziell auf herausfordernde Transformationen in komplexen Organisationen ausgerichtet ist.<\/p>\n

    EIM stellte einen erfahrenen Interim Manager als “Head of Transformation” in der Rolle eines PMO<\/strong>, der das Transformationsprogramm nicht nur strukturierte und stabilisierte, sondern gemeinsam mit dem Kunden aktiv vorantrieb.
