EIM partners with Investment Fund Omnes
EIM is pleased to announce its partnership with the investment fund Omnes, which is acquiring a minority interest in the group, to support its goal of reinforcing its European leadership and accelerating its global expansion.

The management was looking for a financial partner to continue EIM’s growth plan and become the clear market leader in Europe and beyond in interim management. We have chosen Omnes for its expertise in accompanying mid-sized companies developing organically and through acquisitions, and its proximity with management teams.
Omnes will work closely with EIM’s management in order to achieve its ambitious growth plan. This will imply:
- Entering new geographies and/or consolidating our position in existing markets thanks to acquisitions
- Introducing an International Account Development team to cover our international clients
- Recruiting additional staff and implementing a centralised shared services centre to address the growing needs of our clients in an even more efficient way
